Collection of essentials (clothing, medicine, dry food) is taking place at No.19 (behind Tekka Mall) to help tsunami victims of Sri Lanka and India. Please send in by this evening (29 Dec 2004).

Singapore is fortunate to escape the tidal wave disaster that has swept Asia, caused by the recent earthquake in Sumatra, Indonesia. But let us not forget to share our thoughts and heart-felt sympathies to our neighbouring countries hit by the disaster.

From Jan 1 to 31 next year, the public can buy NTUC FairPrice Food Relief Packages, comprising milk, rice, tuna and cream crackers, for $10. The purchased packages will be directed to Mercy Relief for airfreight to stricken areas.
Donation boxes are available in NTUC FairPrice outlets and Shell petrol stations islandwide.
