The Michigian Indian Community Website is collecting funds "working with local charitable organizations in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh as part of the relief efforts." There is no indication what those groups are from the organization's website on the tsunami or whether the organization is affiliated with any other groups in India. They have posted some news and information as well.
