PRESS STATEMENT
Nature has struck a devastating blow . Our Sympathy goes to all those thousands who have suffered tragically because of this calamity.
We have been in touch with our offices and agents across all affected areas and set up command control centres to provide assistance to Thomas Cook travellers stranded in these places. In addition, Thomas Cook India has also made available its Call Centre support unit and city offices in Chennai, Trivandrum, Cochin and Vizag to help tourists reach home safely.

(From 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs IST)
Thomas Cook is the Indian representative for Europ Assistance, an Emergency Handling service which has its headquarters in France.
We have been their agent in India for over five years and are equipped to provide emergency services in such situations.
It will be our endeavor to extend all possible help and support to the affected victims and ensure their safe passage home.
