My suggestion especially in India is that government should use retail merchant network of FPO (govt. food shops), FCMG ( HLL, Coke, Pepsi) companies to reach the relief material to remote locations in tamil nadu, pondicherry etc. I guess now the most difficult task is of making sure that relief material which is pouring in in tons to reach needy hands. The biggest problem I guess is reaching Andaman nicobar islands.... I salute the daring pilots who are landing and taking off from runway reduced to 5000 ft!!
