Here are the latest updates from Andhra Pradesh on the Tsunami relief efforts being undertaken by APVVU, posted on the AID-India siteby AID volunteers.

Vizag coast isn't very badly affected - there's been no loss of life, all the missing fishermen have returned.

Amongst the badly affected areas, APVVU has a good presence in coastal areas of Nellore dist - there's been substantial loss of boats, nets, housing.

The govt has been fairly quick to respond to the situation
