Indonesian tsunami toll mounts to 113,000

Indonesia's official earthquake and Tsunami death toll jumped by nearly 20,000 people today to 113,306, the Government said.

The Ministry of Social Affairs increased its count from the previous estimate of 94,200.

More than 10,000 are still missing in the Aceh province of Sumatra island, which was devastated by a huge Dec. 26 earthquake and the waves it triggered, the ministry said.
