I have heard that in Bhopal some amount of relief material is lying unattended to and probably will decay away or get wasted
on the other hand india says that it does not need any foreign aid and it will manage it's own aid well
is there a blogspace where these items are being addressed at all?
given the help pouring in, would someone ensure that there is more to help coming in that needs to be managed than asking for more...
i believe this is how it happened in the Gujrat earthquake too when help came and it surfaced a few months later that the help didnt go to those who really needed it but into the pockets of the mindless political and politically supported pockets...
sorry i do not have the patience to create another of a blog ID here too...
