GiveIndia and ICICIcommunities set up a Rehabilitation Fund
GiveIndia, in association with ICICIcommunities has set up a Rehabilitation Fund to support initiatives to help those affected by the disaster in South India. 100% of the funds raised for this purpose will be disbursed for relief and rehabilitation of the victims. You can pay online. All donations are tax deductible. Every individual contribution will be acknowledged on our website, and details of how every penny is used will be provided online.

Thanks for posting this. I've made contributions through GiveWorld (the US side of GiveIndia). They attach NO overhead to the transaction and also give you feedback on how funds are used.

They have already started disbursing funds to the NGOs and it is all being used for the right cause.
